What does it cost?
Free level, then a 14-day trial of everything with no card. After that it is $499 per venue per month. Multi-venue groups are billed per venue; for 4+ venues on one account, email support@venuop.com.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial starts with one click and asks for nothing.
What happens after 14 days?
You drop to Free. Reservations, guests and your listing keep working. Everything else stays visible but locked. Nothing is deleted.
Who can see what?
Owners, admins and managers have separate access. Staff seats are unlimited.
What is VenuAi?
A full-screen assistant that answers from your venue data and asks before it changes anything.
Which systems connect?
Your POS sales and labor connect read-only from Settings > Integrations with your venue's POS API credentials. Accounting and banking connections live in the same place.
How do I get on VenuAccess?
Publish from VenuOp. The listing syncs automatically.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Owners can export a full backup from Settings > Backup & export.
